We are prospectively opening services to North Carolina clients in the near future. We will be OUT OF NETWORK for ALL plans in the state of NORTH CAROLINA. Should this change, this will be updated.

Please note the costs below will apply to private pay clients when services open for North Carolina clients and for current Minnesota clients. Please see the plans that we are IN-NETWORK for in Minnesota below.

Mental Health/Dual Diagnosis

Diagnostic Assessment: $325

Individual Mental Health 53-60 minutes: $225

Individual Mental Health 38-52 minutes: $195

Individual Mental Health 16-37 minutes: $175

We are IN-NETWORK with the following insurance plans for mental health services in the state of Minnesota:

Sanford Health Plan (with the exception of Sanford Health Employee Plan)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (and BluePlus PMap) (inquire per select plan)

We are in-network providers for Sanford Health Plan (non employee plans), Aetna and BCBS for Chemical Dependency services.
We DO accept SELF-PAY for any and all services listed. Self-pay services may give added privacy to some individuals who do not have sufficient insurance coverage or choose to not use their insurance cover.
We are an affiliated EAP provider for certain networks; please inquire.

Group Services by CONTRACT ONLY at This Time

Sports and performance Coaching $125/hr Self Pay ONLY (these are non billable services)

Please inquire within about sliding scale applications. Clients will no be refused on the basis of inability to pay.
