Thoughtful, Skills-Based Therapy for COUPLES, Professionals, Athletes, and Adults Seeking Balance

Many high-functioning adults carry significant responsibility—professionally, personally, and emotionally—while quietly feeling depleted, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Services are virtual or walk-and-talk and entirely self-pay, allowing for flexibility, depth, discretion, and individualized care without insurance limitations. Tailoring of sessions may be efficacious dependent on your presentation; this can be discussed case-by-case.

Services Available

COUPLES Therapy

Both weekly and intensive couples format is offered. Both require an initial assessment. Couples can choose to opt in to the Gottman couples assessment (additional charge to cover assessment costs and clinical time to review assessment and clinical relevance). Intensives are scheduled in four-hour session blocks. Intensives may be effective for couples to work through gridlocked issues, more immediate concerns, addiction concerns, repairs, and couples and parents preparing for or considering separation. Intensives may be effective for individuals who travel frequestly, military or first responders, professionals, and couples with limited time; and may serve as a precursor to ongoing weekly or bimonthly sessions. While normal couples counseling will begin with a scheduled initial assessment, four-hour intensives (includes breaks) are billed at a different rate to include costs of diagnostic assessment, Gottman evaluation review and therapy with opportunity for communication evaluation, and values assessment and needs through listener/speaker dialogues.
